From the President:

I am delighted that you have decided to stop by and visit our website.  In January of 2010 a group of Christian parents, grandparents and others started the process to create Rock Solid Academy in the Back Mountain.  Our private school is based on Christian principles and was created for families who not only desire challenging academics, but would like moral and ethical values taught to thier children. Rock Solid Academy is located in the Twin Stacks Building on Memorial Highway in Dallas.

Our school is a private school with Christian values, but we are not a church school, and do not promote any denomination. We believe that school is to be supportive of a child’s faith, but that religious instruction is principally the responsibility of their parents and the church they attend.  This means that while we desire our students to trust in Christ as Lord and Savior, we do not require either students or  parents to go to church or to agree to any doctrinal statement.
